The Story
I was told my body was broken.
The system agreed.
Twenty years ago, I weighed 400 pounds and walked with a cane. The doctors had their charts. The system had its verdict. I was handed a generic template and told that this was simply the reality of my situation.
I was at 300 pounds when the actual healing began. That was when I stopped listening to the templates and started looking at the root mechanics.
That kind of timeline either breaks you, or it forces you to learn something the textbooks don't cover. It taught me that the human body fundamentally wants to heal. It just needs someone who knows how to listen to it, and how to remove the friction.
Through studying the gait cycle, applying neuromuscular therapy, and dedicating a decade to rebuilding myself from the foundation up — I fixed what the system said was permanent. Today, at 60 years old, I am more mobile than most people are at 30.
I didn't do it with a 30-day program. I did it by doing the slow, deliberate work of learning how my body actually functions.
That is what I teach now. Honest work, real results, and no template that ignores who you actually are.
